Our independent gym in London offers,women a space to work out in complete freedom, in Londons first and only truely women only gym. We offer a multigenerational space and we champion inclusivity - giving women the freedom and space to work out with ease and confidence in London.

We work to improve the health and wellbeing of women in Southwark by supporting them to make positive life choices. 

Located new London Bridge our gym and fitness facilities are women only but our café and meeting rooms are open to all.
